Such a powerful trip for me. Since I made the decision to go to New Mexico everything just fell into place.
I have written an article that will be published soon and although the editing phase will change the appearance and feeling of the trip it is my intention to share with you the effect the trip as a whole had on me. In order to recognize the healing effects of such a trip it is important to open yourself up to being healed. All the therapy, letters and medication will not do any good without the will to heal. Since I made my decision to heal from the pain of survival I have found myself walking away from everything and everybody. It is a form of fading into the thin lines that are so powerful for me that they leave no room for negativity, self pity or drama. I am fading out one hurt at a time and I have no intentions of revisiting them again. My eyes are wide open and plan to give hope a second chance. For those of you who email me with questions please continue to do so; it is a wonderful reminder that we are not alone in this world. The world is too busy to deal with the pettiness that leads our everyday lives. Reality is not perception unless you are selfish and self-centered. Reality is the vibration that flows through our body when we find ourselves hand in hand with that which we missed out on because we were too busy feeling sorry for ourselves.
The following is an excerpt from my article which I am dedicating to reality (daily thought).
"Before me Sandia Peak stood its ground high above the clouds which had just delivered a message of rain to an extremely thirsty landscape. The air was cold and soothing with a touch of magic. I crawled into the space between the clouds and the mountains and found my niche within these heavenly premises. The rain left a crystal slipper on every surface it caressed which now glistened in the sun. Inspiration whirled around me like the dust devils that accompanied my journey from Texas into New Mexico ."
